Our Leadership Executives understand the detriment of adding a candidate to the Partnership that is not a qualified “Right Fit”, and both the system and the individual has a hard time recovering from awarding a territory and partnership that does not “fit” with a particular skill set or core value match.
Our Process and “Next Steps” are designed to get you quickly through your decision making process and, you will notice a difference in our approach from other Franchise Development and Sales people you have encountered. We respect a “no” just as much as we respect a “yes” answer. Our “Right Fit” must be determined by BOTH of us, the Executive Leadership Team as well as our Franchise Candidate.

We are partnering with highly driven individuals who are demanding a level of support and assistance to take their legacy and financial security to the next level.The ABS Franchise System “Next Steps” are specifically crafted and our Onboarding Team, at Discovery Day, are experts at determining whether this opportunity is beneficial to both of us. We care about you and want to help you make the best decision possible.
First step: Request additional information. Fill out the form, give us a call or even come into our corporate office and visit. Find out if Home Care is a “Right Fit” for your future and your investment capability matches our requirements.
Second step: Our Development team will give you a call, answer your questions, qualify your territory, your financial status, and determine your viability to be placed in consideration to attend a Discovery Day and meet the leadership team.
Third Step: Final Discovery Qualifying Review. You will go over our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) with your Development Coach, determine territory final availability and set up your travel plans for Discovery Day. (costs are refunded if Franchise is awarded)
Fourth Step: Discovery Day. Leadership team interview and fit, budget and financial plan, territory and FDD final review. We get a chance to discuss our mutual value systems, core values and mission, and finalize our consideration process for Partnership.
Final Step: Your Franchise Partnership is determined to be our “Right Fit” and your system is awarded. All paperwork is signed and completed. We begin your onboarding process and Brand Education, bringing you into the ABS Senior Care Family.
